The red robin birthday site says its a fraudulent coupon that red robin doesnt do free burger coupons.
The email sign up that I link you to takes you directly to Red Robin’s site who speaks about the free burger. I’m not sure what info. you’re talking about but all signs up above are legit and straight from the company’s website.

My family has gotten this before too.
They give you a red robin royalty card that they run when you go in. In addition to the birthday club for a free burger in the month of your birthday you also get every 10th burger free and a free appetizer valid for 14 days after activation. You can get one of these ards directly from your server on your next visit(thats how I obtained mine)!
