Well since everything was thrown for a loop last week I was not able to host my Hamburger Helper Get together. What does this mean? I’m going to share it with you guys! Some great recipes and tips and also coupons.

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
6 cups hot water
1 box Hamburger Helper® cheeseburger macaroni
2 cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen broccoli cuts
2 medium carrots, sliced (1 cup)
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired

Variations:
- Toast slices of bread, then cut with star cookie cutters for topping the soup. Cut cheese slices with the same cutter to top each toast cutout.
- Serve this soup with tortilla chips for a little crunch.
