Who could not use a Target gift Card? I love Target! Plus I attempt to make my dollar go as far as I can stretch it with coupons. This helps me and I help my sisters and there families. I have a sister expecting baby number two and I am sure I could put it to good use. I have two dogs one is a 1/2 bull mastiff/black lab the other is 1/2 rat terrior I could use some of it for them. All I know is I would put it to good use.
