Are you a fan of Avocados? I grew up a VERY picky eater and never wanted to try them until a few months ago when I made my first guacamole dip and now I can honestly say I love it! While I haven’t tried avocados in anything else besides guacamole I imagine they would probably be just as good mixed up in other recipes!
Here’s the simple avocados recipe I tried a few months back:
2 medium ripe Avacados
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of chunky salsa
1/8 teaspoon salt
Step 1 (this step is for the parent) : Chop up both avacados and place them in a bowl
Step 2 : Add lemon juice, chunky salsa and salt
Step 2 : Use a spoon or masher to mash it into creamy delicious guacamole!
