And while you’re at it why not try creating something new and different with Avacados like their breakfast toast recipe! I know, sounds a bit… different, right? But you never know until you try!
Avacado Toast Recipe:
What you’ll need:
- 1 fully ripened Avacado from Mexico, halved, pitted and peeled
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 large sliced of bread toasted
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and halved (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped tomato (optional)
Prep work:
In a bowl, coarsely mash the avacado with a fork and season it with the salt and pepper to taste. Divide the avacado onto your toast and spread it, cut each slice in half and you’re done! You can even use the bacon or sliced tomatoes to add a nice topping to your toast. Yummy!
